This policy explains how lumisys.ai uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage your preferences.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site, for example, to remember your preferences from one visit to the next. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, serve the same purpose.
What we use
- Form protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks visits when the form is enabled. Declining cookies in the banner does not disable this protection. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice and our privacy policy for details about the associated processing.
- Essential local storage (no cookies): we save your consent choice (accepted or declined) and your language (French or English) in your browser's local storage. This is necessary for the consent banner to work and for the site to open in your language, and it does not allow us to track you.
- Optional analytics: Vercel Web Analytics loads only if you accept in the banner. We configure no advertising cookies. After consent, browser session storage keeps only entry-page, language and source categories to measure the journey within the same tab. It does not contain contact details from the form. Declining or withdrawing consent stops new events and clears this attribution. Session storage normally disappears when the tab closes.
Third-party services
If you click our booking link, you leave lumisys.ai for our appointment booking page hosted on the GoHighLevel platform, which may set its own cookies under its policy. The same applies to our Facebook page and to Mike Beaulieu's LinkedIn profile (About page). We encourage you to review the policies of these platforms.
Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page on the site. Your choice is stored on your device until you change it or clear your browser data.
You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. If your browser blocks local storage, the banner will reappear on every visit. Blocking scripts or verification services may prevent form submission; you can reach us at mike@lumisysai.com or +1 367-995-8787 instead.
