Quebec regulates personal information (Law 25) and health information handled by private professional practices (Law 5) differently. We provide you with a privacy impact assessment already prepared for our service, a complete register of our subcontractors and of where your data is processed, and a clear data processing agreement. For professions governed by a professional order, an enhanced security mode (encryption, two-factor authentication, logging, formal processing agreement) is available as an option. Our role is to give you the tools to do your own assessment, not to guarantee a compliance that remains your responsibility.
Livia always identifies herself as a virtual assistant and never records calls for our healthcare clients. Only a written transcript is kept temporarily.
