The site and its content

The lumisys.ai website presents our services: Sofia, an AI-powered virtual receptionist for service businesses in Quebec; Livia, an AI-powered virtual receptionist for clinics and healthcare professionals; and CRM setup for businesses. The content of the site (text, sample conversations, calculator figures) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results or professional advice.

The sample conversations shown on the site are illustrative simulations. The amounts shown by the loss calculator are estimates based on the values you enter yourself.

Our services and their agreements

Each service is governed by a separate service agreement entered into between Lumisys AI and the client business or clinic at the time of activation: Sofia ($297 CAD per month, setup included, no commitment, 30-day guarantee), Livia Essential ($297 CAD per month, setup included, no commitment, 30-day guarantee), Livia Clinic (from $497 CAD per month, plus setup from $997, no commitment, 30-day guarantee) and CRM setup (from $2,500, plus $295 per month for the platform licence and support, usage fees billed at cost, taxes extra). If there is any inconsistency between the site and the applicable agreement, the agreement prevails.

Acceptable use

• You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Search engines and AI assistants may crawl, index and cite this site as set out in robots.txt and llms.txt. You must not copy the site or its text to offer a competing service.
• The demo lines for Sofia (581 802-5098) and Livia (819 758-7256) are offered so you can try them in good faith, not for abusive or automated use.

Intellectual property

The Lumisys AI, Sofia and Livia names and the site's text, visuals and code are the property of Lumisys AI or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party links and services

The site contains links to third-party services, including our booking page (hosted on the GoHighLevel platform) and our Facebook page. These services have their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumisys AI cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with its update date. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
