The site and its content

The lumisys.ai website presents Sofia, our AI-powered virtual receptionist service for service businesses in Quebec. The content of the site (text, sample conversations, calculator figures) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results or professional advice.

The sample conversations shown on the site are illustrative simulations. The amounts shown by the lost-revenue calculator are estimates based on the values you enter yourself.

The Sofia service

The subscription to the Sofia service ($297 CAD per month, no commitment) is governed by a separate service agreement entered into between Lumisys AI and each client business at the time of activation. If there is any inconsistency between the site and that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Acceptable use

• You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of the site.
• You must not systematically extract or reproduce the content of the site, including to train competing systems.
• Sofia's demo line is offered so you can try it in good faith, not for abusive or automated use.

Intellectual property

The Lumisys AI name, the Sofia name, and the site's text, visuals, and code are the property of Lumisys AI or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party links and services

The site contains links to third-party services, including our booking page (hosted on the GoHighLevel platform) and our Facebook page. These services have their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumisys AI cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with its update date. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
